I've been fairly lenient with Megaforce so far, mainly because I personally feel you can't really complain if you're having fun. However, as we're now fast approaching the halfway point of the series, I'm going to be a little more harsh if Megaforce doesn't pick up the pace. Enjoy!

This weeks villain is Dizchord, a heavy metal insect who harms the humans if they don't like rock music? Which is apparently pretty much the whole world? What the fuck? If that is how you feel, Power Rangers, why'd you use so much rock for all your music? I just think it's funny that an insect who plays electric guitar has been the biggest threat to the planet so far.

It gets even worse when the battle is tipped in the Ranger's favour as Emma appears singing her heavily autotuned, family friendly, I love the environment track and Troy starts blowing leaves everywhere...for some reason. And those racial stereotypes, man, you've got a real tendency to waver near racism don't you, Saban?

By far the worst episode so far. It was goofy but it wasn't particularly funny, the action was largely uninteresting and even a cool moment like Vrak getting involved directly didn't really provide many thrills. Without the fun factor Megaforce is really very terrible. Has it been this bad every week for people who haven't enjoyed the action? I feel sorry for you guys, at least now I understand your pain.
Pros;
- At least I finally feel like I'm getting to know the characters.
- Vrak is a total badass.
- Gia is probably the best Ranger simply because Ciara Hanna is the best actor out of the main cast.
Cons;
- The rest of the acting though is pretty bad, especially when it comes to Andrew Gray and Christina Masterson.
- Dizchord and the entire plot of the episode was just really, really shit to be honest with you. Almost as bad as that time in Wild Force where that camera monster made people invisible.
- The fighting was really boring.
- That horrible song.
- That stereotyping.
- No matter how badass Vrak is, that fight was a bit (see: a lot) pointless really.
Think About It!
